Unframe has appointed two senior leaders to grow its presence across Europe, the Middle East and Africa: Martijn Bosschaart as Field CTO, EMEA, and Sunil Dutt as VP of Partnerships and Alliances, EMEA.
The hires follow a breakout year for Unframe: $100 million in total contract value and 400% net revenue retention, on the back of a $50 million Series B led by Highland Europe. Both appointments are built for the same problem: turning EMEA momentum into a repeatable, partner-led motion on the ground, rather than managing it from a distance.
Martijn Bosschaart joins as Field CTO, EMEA, with more than 30 years of technical experience. Most recently, he led solutions engineering for EMEA at DevRev. Before that, he spent time in different management and sales engineering roles at Salt Security, Nutanix and Citrix, and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
Bosschaart believes that enterprises don't have an AI ambition problem.
"They have 30 years of IT history nobody's wired up for an agent to read, and a workforce that's being asked to learn how to do that faster than almost any technology shift before it. That gap, not the model, is the real bottleneck in enterprise AI right now."

Sunil Dutt joins as VP of Partnerships and Alliances, EMEA. Dutt built DevRev's EMEA partnerships and channel function from the ground up. With over 25 years of experience, he has held senior go-to-market roles at Salt Security, Nutanix, Websense (Forcepoint) and Symantec.
Unframe's focus on large, business-critical transformation programs, rather than small point automations, is what drew Dutt.
