Unframe has appointed three senior sales leaders to accelerate its global go-to-market motion. Sean Thompson as RVP, Sales West; Gayle Grasso as RVP, Sales East; and Nico Wagemans as RVP, Sales EMEA.
The hires come on the heels of a breakout twelve months: $100 million in total contract value, 400% NRR, and a $50 million Series B led by Highland Europe. The team is backed by a clear mandate to solve the biggest operational problems that global enterprises face with AI.
Sean Thompson joins as RVP, Sales West. Thompson built his career at category-defining AI and data platforms, including AWS and Amplitude, where he witnessed firsthand how much time, capital, and organizational energy enterprises burn trying to get AI into production.
"At AWS, I watched enterprises invest months of effort into AI deployments and still come up short — high failure rates, missed expectations, and AI never making it out of the pilot," said Thompson. Gayle Grasso joins as RVP, Sales East. Grasso brings more than two decades of enterprise technology sales leadership across ThoughtSpot, HEAVY.AI, Domo, Datastax, and Oracle — a track record spanning Fortune 500 sales cycles, channel strategy, and building high-performance revenue teams across data, analytics, and AI. She will own Unframe's enterprise commercial motion across North America.
